Your next support hire.
Managed for you.

When it makes sense

More tickets.
Less time to hire.

For teams with recurring email, chat or operations work—and a manager spending too much time on hiring or routine questions. Begin with one clearly defined queue.

01 / Cost

Compare the full cost

International recruiting can offer a lower-cost alternative to a local hire. Get one monthly quote with staffing and quality reviews included; compare it with your own hiring budget.

02 / Time

Keep specialists on specialist work

Routine account, onboarding and order questions go to the agent. Bugs, exceptions and product decisions go to your team with the relevant context.

03 / Quality

See the work before you scale

Approve the person and review sample tickets against your own standards. Agree on response times, accuracy and escalation rules before adding more staff.

A fair cost comparison

A local hireSalary + employer costs + recruiting + your management time.

A Phronesis proposalOne scoped monthly service fee. Your software licences and product onboarding are listed separately.

Work we can scope

Start with a queue.
Give it an owner.

Email/chat support is the simplest starting point. Technical and operations roles need a separate skills check against your actual tasks.

01 / CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer Support

Routine questions answered from your documentation, with exceptions escalated to the right person.

  • Email, chat and helpdesk queues

Before you commit

Meet the person.
Check the work.

Agree on one role and a paid initial scope. Review the candidate and the monthly terms before granting access or starting delivery.

01 / BRIEF

Agree on the role

Tasks, tools, time zone, working hours and a monthly proposal you can compare with your budget.

02 / APPROVAL

Assess the candidate

Review the English check and task sample. Interview the person and make the final selection.

03 / ONBOARDING

Start with clear limits

Define permitted actions, access and escalation rules. Check early answers before expanding the scope.

04 / REVIEW

Decide from the work

Review tickets, attendance and workload weekly. Add people only when the first workflow is working.

Quality control

Clear standards.
Visible quality.

Agree on a review checklist before the first shift. The weekly summary shows what was checked, what went wrong and what happens next.

Accuracy and communication

Check sampled replies for a correct answer, clear English, the right tone and compliance with your product rules.

Escalations with context

Unresolved cases include the issue, steps already tried and relevant evidence. Technical decisions stay with your specialists.

A useful weekly summary

Attendance, queue workload, review findings and coaching actions. Response-time and customer-satisfaction data are included where your helpdesk provides them.

A plan when fit changes

Raise an issue with one staffing contact. Coaching, replacement steps and handover expectations are agreed in the service terms.

Practical details

Before your first hire.

Who selects the specialist?

You do. Phronesis screens candidates against the agreed role and presents matching profiles. Your team interviews and approves the final person.

Can the agent work in our existing tools?

That is the intended model. We confirm tool knowledge during screening and agree on access rules during onboarding. Product training and software licences remain part of your setup.

Can we begin with one person?

Yes. Begin with one defined role and an agreed paid scope. Expand after reviewing the first person's work and the queue workload.

Who manages the specialist day to day?

Your team sets product priorities and daily work. Phronesis manages staffing, attendance, performance review and continuity.

Which hours and languages can you cover?

English-speaking roles are screened for your communication needs. We confirm the time zone, shifts and candidate availability before quoting. A 24/7 queue requires multiple shifts and a separate staffing plan.

What if the person is not a good fit?

We review the issue against the agreed role and quality checklist. Coaching, replacement and any exit or handover terms are set out before the engagement begins.

What does it cost—and what is included?

Pricing follows the tasks, skill level and schedule. The monthly proposal includes recruiting, staffing administration and agreed quality reviews. Software licences, extra hours and additional roles are specified separately. Review the quote and service terms before deciding.

One role is enough to start.

Tell us what is taking time from your team. Get a scoped monthly proposal and assess the candidate before making a hiring commitment.
